Kickstart 2017 with Kickboxing Classes in La Crosse, WI

What are your plans for high energy and a fun workout for this year?

I’m going to suggest that you give my Core Kickboxing a try.

It’s a great workout that anyone can do and it will certainly challenge you and give you some outstanding benefits.

So whether your goals are to lose a few lbs., get in better shape, have more energy, feel and look better, or try something new that can be great fun.

I’ve got your answer.

There is something for you to be aware of.

Currently the Kickboxing class meets on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:15pm and Wednesday at 7:30pm. I will be adding a Saturday morning class at 8:15am starting this Saturday.

Here’s the catch…

There is only so much room left in these evening classes and we are already almost at full capacity. Only a few spots left.

Try a class this week and then reserve your place.

Don’t wait.

These spots will all be filled this week and then we will not be able to accept new members.

P.S. I am considering starting either an 8:15 morning class on Tuesday and Thursday or a 12 noon class on Monday and Wednesday. Email me if you are interested in either of these times.

    I have been looking for a kickboxing class for a while now. What additional information can you give me? I would be highly interested in evening classes. What is the latest information on the schedule for the kickboxing class? What is the cost of classes?

      Hi, Cynthia! The best way to get started is try your first class. Remember, you get a 2 week free trial to start classes. Currently our classes are:
      Tues – 715-815 pm
      Weds – 730-830 pm
      Thus – 715-815 pm
      Sat (Sept-May) – 815-915 am

      You can choose the classes that fit your schedule the best on a weekly basis. Most people do 2 classes per week.

      You simply wear workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and a small towel (if needed). We’ll take care of you 🙂

      After your first class, our Program Director/Instructor, Fred Nicklaus, will meet with you about the different program options.
